Following Jesus is a Chichester Diocesan course for Christians who want to grow in faith and discipleship. It consists of 26
sessions which take place at a deanery or other local centre. For the Deanery of Petworth the course will take place on Tuesday afternoons in the village of Bury beginning on Tuesday 14th September.
Each session of Following Jesus brings together engagement with Scripture, reflection on experience, participation in worship, and application in daily life.
We hope that during Following Jesus people will grow in their understanding of Jesus Christ as: the source of our knowledge of God; the key to the Scriptures; the foundation of the Church’s life; and the light who gives life to the world.
The cost of the Following Jesus course is £51.00, and there are no extras such as textbooks.
